Do I need to be at home?

Not necessarily. Many customers let us in via guard or access card. We recommend being there for the first visit to go through your priorities.

Is it safe to let your cleaners in?

All cleaners are interviewed, background-checked and trained before assignment. They wear uniform and ID.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll send the team back to fix it at no extra charge.

Do you bring cleaning equipment?

By default we use the tools and detergent at your home. Add our equipment set for RM 35 per session if you prefer.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Let us know at least 24 hours before and we’ll move it to another slot.

Do you clean during festive seasons?

Yes, but slots fill fast before Raya and Chinese New Year. Book early to secure your date.
